LEADERSHIP GROUPS
Improve your leadership skills and style, and your personal effectiveness and performance, by joining one of our Leadership Groups. We offer a regular and structured commitment to your continued professional and leadership development for the benefit of your business. You will be placed in a Leadership Group with up to 15 CEOs and Business Leaders that meet monthly. We offer experiential learning, mentoring and support in a professional and confidential environment under the facilitation and bespoke guidance of knowledgeable Chairs experienced in this powerful small group format. The intimate Leadership Group size allows for interaction, discussion and debate with their own environments of mutual trust and confidence.
INTERACTIVE LEARNING
Weave® is not a series of lectures with a certificate, we facilitate an Experiential Learning environment. We are offering you the opportunity to reflect on and share your insights into everyday business, economic and leadership issues and challenges, and gain from the knowledge sharing of your peers. We create the opportunity for you to meet people in the same position as yourself and learn from their experience to enable you to gain practical advice which can lift the performance and success of your business.
SPEAKERS PROGRAMME
Every meeting you will have access to leading expert speakers who will provide you insights, direction and inspiration for improvements in your business. We organise and facilitate a regular programme of carefully selected speakers to discuss relevant business topics in our Leadership Groups. Chairs work with the needs and goals of their Leadership Group in mind to organise bespoke sessions and speakers based on the interests, concerns and issues shared within each Leadership Group - You are in control and will get to influence the topics discussed and shape the sessions through your input.
PEER SUPPORT
The role at the top can be very isolating and we recognise all business leaders are individuals but there are many common elements within the most senior role. Weave® enables the individual to share some of the isolation with a trusted group of like-minded leaders to challenge ideas and provide advice and support There is the opportunity to debate and discuss shared common experiences in the safety and confines of a carefully selected, intimate group of non competing peers.

Weave® is a community of select CEOs and Senior Business Leaders. Our Membership is made up of CEOs and senior business leaders including Business Owners, Managing Directors, Country Managers, General Managers and Division Heads. We work with all prospective members to ensure best fit and assess compatibility with existing Leadership Groups in terms of skills, experience, and current responsibilities. This ensures the best outcome for the prospective member and all members of the Leadership Group
No. There is no joining fee payable when applying for Weave® Membership and no minimum “lock in” period. Weave Leadership Groups have an ongoing monthly fee which cover all Leadership Group Meetings and Networking Events.
Leadership Group Meetings are scheduled annually in advance and all dates distributed to Members. Generally, the Meetings are held between 7.00am to 10.30am/11.00am (depending on Group) once per month.
We make the process as simple as possible! There are no lengthy forms to complete or money to pay up front as we want new Members to benefit from Membership even prior to their first Leadership Group Meeting. Upon qualifying and accepting an Offer of Membership you will be sent an electronic link which asks for basic personal and business details. Then a one page form will be sent for review and electronic signature. The application goes through a short veto process via the Chair and other Leadership Group Members to ensure no conflicts. Membership is then confirmed.
Yes. In addition to the monthly Leadership Group meetings, we provide a regular schedule of social and networking opportunities for all members of Weave®. Each Leadership Group may also arrange their own social events as a Group. We encourage Members to interact and meet other members for personal and business opportunities.
The meetings are structured and organised on the basis that they take place as face-to-face meetings. However, we understand that on occasion this may not be feasible for a member on account of sickness or if travelling overseas. In these situations, Members can apply through the Leadership Group Chair to attend a meeting via video conference.
Yes. We offer a discount off the normal programme price for participants from registered New Zealand charities. Please contact us for details.
